A procedure takes a couple of taps

Pick the procedure, set the date and the setting, and record how you were supervised. Your post fills in grade, hospital and curriculum stage.

It mirrors the RCEM procedural skills list

The list uses the RCEM procedural skills wording, so an entry maps straight to what your portfolio expects. Progress tracks against your curriculum stage.

Your logbook stays on your phone

Entries live in a database on your device. Nothing is uploaded and there is no copy on a server. There are no fields for patient names, dates of birth or NHS numbers.

Import what you already have

Bring across a spreadsheet, a CSV or a Word table from whatever you use now. Imported procedures count towards your progress.

Exports for ARCP

Generate your procedure logbook, POCUS logbook, POCUS tracker form and a combined scope-of-practice document as PDF, or the raw data as Excel, CSV or JSON.

Is LogEM free?

Yes. Unlimited entries, every procedure type, full export, no cap and no trial. You sign in with Apple or Google, so there is no password to manage.

What happens when I rotate?

Add a new post. New entries take its hospital, grade and stage, and everything you logged before keeps its own.

Is there an Android version?

Not yet. LogEM is iOS only today, with Android coming.

LogEM is an independent app. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by the Royal College of Emergency Medicine.
