POCUS
In LogEM a scan is its own kind of record, with the fields ultrasound needs.
A POCUS entry takes the modality, the findings and your supervision level. Grade, hospital and curriculum stage come from your current post, and it all works with no signal.
Modalities follow the RCEM POCUS tracker:
Anything else goes in as Other, with your own label.
The tracker counts your scans per modality against a scan and reflection target, and holds your entrustment level and DOPS date. Level 4 is required for HST completion and stays signed off once achieved.
Targets start from the RCEM indicative guidance and are editable, so you can match your deanery's ARCP form.
Generate a POCUS logbook, a POCUS tracker or a combined logbook with your procedures, as PDF, Excel or CSV. The PDFs are laid out for an ARCP panel to read.

Yes. LogEM imports spreadsheets, CSVs and Word tables, and imported scans count in the tracker like any other entry.
Yes. Every entry has a setting, so pre-hospital, ICU, theatres, ward and simulation scans go in the same logbook.
No. Entries stay on your own device and are not uploaded. There are no patient identifier fields, and findings should be free of anything identifying.
LogEM is on iPhone today. Android is in development.
