Anything about using the app, a bug, a procedure that is missing from a list, or a feature you want:

If you are reporting a bug, the app version and your device help. Please do not include anything that could identify a patient.

LogEM is operated by Dr Thomas Porter, a sole trader registered with the Information Commissioner's Office under ZC140250. Requests are answered within one month. The full detail is in the privacy policy.

What I cannot help with

Your logbook is on your device and never reaches me, so I cannot recover entries, restore a deleted logbook or read your data. Export regularly from Reports, and keep your phone backup switched on.
